Anyone at all who uses PWS knows that it's abysmal to use. The devs appear open to constructive criticism, but I'm left wondering if they even use their own program. In July of last year I made a comment in this subreddit about why people despise using PWS and was met with ridiculous claims (that I didn't know were ridiculous at the time) that it was my system that was the problem and that the program itself is responsive and without problems. This is an incredibly bullshit thing to have to go through considering that in this day and age nobody should have to experience that, but that's just how the developers designed the program and it is a pretty useful piece of software.

You have to treat it as though you are using a really shitty PC from the early 2000's: give it time to do its thing after clicking something and you will eventually get what you want done. PlayWithSix works, but it's incredibly buggy and unstable.
